Tommy Flats came to us as a stray. He had been seen in really bad shape periodically over the past 2 years. He then started hanging around one house regularly so they called ICAN to get him some help. It turns out that the poor guy had Entropian and his eyes were in rough shape. He also needed to be neutered. ICAN got him surgery for his eyes and had him neutered and now he is looking for a new lease on life! Despite being on his own for at least the past 2 years, you would be hard pressed to find a friendlier cat. He absolutely lives for attention and love. He would like to be an indoor/outdoor family member and would be great rodent control for anyone who needs it. He will work for food and lots of love!
